Prior to joining the foundation, Stephanie worked in marketing for the Corporate Executive Board. And her passionate interest in international relations has led her to immerse herself in the cultures of Mexico, Cuba, and other spots abroad.

Human trafficking is a serious problem. It's been estimated that 27 million people exist in some form of slavery today, and with perpetrators of trafficking raking in over $32 billion a year and going largely unpunished, it's hard to see a solution soon.
