We Remember 9/11
Printer-friendly version

Today marks the 11th Anniversary of the day we will never forget — the terrorist attacks of September 11th. As we reflect on the memory of loved ones lost on that day, and support those who survived, we also lift up those who have risen in service to our country and fought to keep us safe from harm.

Many of these brave soldiers have returned from war with wounds — some which are visible, and others that are not. And many are returning to the workforce in a challenging economy. They have begun the process of putting their lives and families back on track and deserve all the support we can give.

We've been proud to partner with great organizations providing support for our heroes when they come home — notably, the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), the first and largest nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the 2.4 million veterans of these two wars when they come home; and Give an Hour, which provides returning veterans with free mental health services through its network of more than 6,100 (volunteer) professionals.

We hope you'll take a moment today to pause and reflect on the significance of this day. It’s a good opportunity to consider your personal support of those organizations that strive to serve the families of the victims and the brave men and women who have sacrificed to keep us safe and free.
